City of Norwalk Approves Additional $96K for $149K Pickleball 4 Court Project

The project, first approved in August 2021, will convert Woodward Avenue Park’s tennis courts into four pickleball courts. The total cost of the project, $427,411, was previously awarded to New York-based Sport-Tech Construction. For the $427K, the company will complete the refurbishment of three tennis courts at Mathews Park, the tennis to pickleball court conversion at Woodward Avenue and renovation of a Woodward Avenue Park basketball court, according to the documents.

The three sites will cost $236,135, $149,844 and $41,432, respectively.
